I recently visited, attracted by the promise of a "sale" that seemed too good to pass up. Initially, the experience felt positive, and the staff made it seem like I was getting everything I needed for just under $6,000, which I initially thought was a great deal. However, my satisfaction turned to disappointment after I left the store and reviewed my order more closely. It became apparent that several items were missing from my purchase, items that were part of the reason I believed this sale offered more value than competitors. This realization was disheartening, as the missing pieces were essential to the overall setup I had in mind. The oversight not only affected my budget but also my trust in the store's transparency and customer service. This experience serves as a reminder to thoroughly check orders before leaving and to ensure that all promised items are accounted for. Salesperson was friendly and helpful but disappointed he didnt realize items were missing.
