I worked here for 5 years. Gave 5 years of hard work to this company and they dont appreciate it one but. Management treats their employees like theyre disposable. Thank God I had an amazing team lead (the only reason I stayed longer) but once he left I knew it was time bc things just went downhill from there. The company is cheap and wants to pay you pennies. Once you reach a certain level there and need higher pay they will lay you off and hire someone in the Philippines to replace you. They will lay you off and call it a reduction of force. They told me they were over staffed in my position which made zero sense because I was working an unacceptable workload due to the UNDERSTAFFING in my position. Why were we understaffed? Because once my team lead left so did most of my team I just didnt get out of there fast enough. I usually dont write these reviews but this company is just not a good company too with for unfortunately.

Worse job I ever had ! Management is incompetent all the way to HR . Turn over rate is horrendous as well . They take young people and show them the worse side of what a semi cooperate job is and then make you hate it so much you dread going to work . Glad I got out of there . Beware

Working with medrisk has been great. They are prompt as to sending documentation, updates and getting notifications. The payments are on time and detailed and communication with our office is good.
