I had my transplant in 2010 at the kop office dr boles is the best!! The staff is so friendly, Im getting my 2nd transplant done in 2017 i can't wait... Thank you guys for bringing my self esteem back

I had a transplant done here with dr boles. Ill try to be as honest and fair as possible. I had aboht 3500 grafts done by strip method. I was over all extremely displeased with the result. I was very young and already had a good amount of hair on my head so most of the grafts were supposed to be put in the receding hair line. I immediately noticed during and after the procedure the grafts are very very sparsely
Put in and not dense at all: I kept asking them where did the rest of the grafts go as the strip density was very high. In the end I did not get any noticeable results. My friends and family all stated unanimously there is no difference so I went back to the office e after 6 months and to my surprise the same front desk person who was very very polite and charming suddenly turned very rude and almost growling at me. I told him you advertised clearly if the grafts did not grow or give you the results we will do it again for free. He immediately growled oh I cannot do a procedure for free we gotta make money !!!!. I was shocked how they lied in their advertisement. Other things I noticed were poor sterile procedures, wrong direction. Of the hair grafts that grew and the medical assistant doing 99 percent of the procedure (not dr boles) in the end all i
Gotta say discount procedure leads to discount results. Avoid your self headaches and poor results and jsut pay a little more and get it done elsewhere. They keep removing this review which tells you they dont want people to know they are a scam

I had a transplant here about 10 years ago. I had tons of donor hair, still do. Just a receding hairline and some thinningg on top. I got the same deal the previous review, 5000 grapgs for $3500. Seemed reasonable. Here's the gimmick. The salesman, who was a very personable guy kept saying to me, your going to get addicted to it. What i later figured out he meant was one procedure would not do the job. I think they intentionally make a noticable difference but leave it still thin enough for you to need a second procedure. So when they say they aim to exceed your goal they are false advertising. The scheme is to make you happy enough with the results to make you have to come back and spend more money. $3500 is not peanuts. But after 10 years im ready to get the job done completely. I doubt ill use Nu/Hart. They simply weren't sincere. I know a lot about customer service and sincerity sells. Had they just been honest and said this mey take 2 procedures i would have probably gotten it done. One things for sure i didn't become addicted to it.
