Handling my Grandmother's estate and this had been her agency for 30+ years. When it cam e time to get coverage after she passed, did not offer any solutions other than to call MY insurance agent to see what they could do. As I handle the rest of my family's policies, American Family WILL not be on the bid list.

We have had nothing but positive experiences with Ehlinger and Associates! Started out with just one car insurance policy and we now have 3 cars, a boat, and our house with them. Prices are great but what puts them above in beyond is their customer service. Every time we call Denise she picks up or very promptly returns our call and every conversation is super simple and their office is extremely efficient. Working with them is a huge time saver and makes taking another task off the checklist easy!
