Terrible service and terrible hotel versus price. Rooms with humidity on the ground floor! Dirty DO NOT accept being given rooms for Disabled people because they are the worst and they charged us 385 dollars. A shame. 1 star hotel! I do not recommend it! I would not go back! There are thousands of options in Key West for that price! Don't be confused because it says MARRIOT! I have been cheated

Solid 4-stars overall. Free breakfast outside by the pool, tiny limited gym room, bike & scooter rental on sight, rooms were very basic, shuttle service to downtown was tremendous, the location was right down the street from Old Town otherwise. Pros & Cons, but it was good. Surprise +$25 per day fee added in the end, that was undisclosed leading up to check out.

Very disappointed with the stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott at Key West. We booked a double bed room for three nights. This is not a hotel, its more like a motel. You walk in the room from an outdoor walkway.
The front desk told us all the details and extras in 30 seconds or less. The room was very small. The two double beds took up most of the space in the room. The space between the beds and the walls was about a foot, useless. The only other walking space was between the front door and the vanity. No carpet in the room. Just plastic flooring. The furniture (black) was old and outdated. Most of the corners show dents and missing veneer. There was no chair or desk in the room. Only a 3 foot bench so no room to place 2 carry-ons. Closet was only 16 wide so only room for a 2 or 3 garments to hang. Only one nigh table with a lamp. Only other lamp was a very small one as part of the wall furniture. There were some scratches on a wall. Not dirty but not clean either. The open vanity and shower/toilet (separate enclosure) were newer. The toilet seat not soft close. The shower/toilet enclosure very small. I hit my elbows on the shower door as I was drying off. The vanity faucet hard to operate. Towels were clean but not really white and showed their age. Paper cups instead of glass. The smallest hair dryer I ever came across in a hotel ever. There was a constant low sound coming from inside the wall by the vanity of water flowing through a pipe. Breakfast was just acceptable.
I have been a Marriott member for years and have never experienced such a low quality level of accommodations as this room offered for a Select level Marriott. On top of all the issues mentioned above, the price that I was charged, $425 to $564 per night is unbelievably hard to accept. Also I did not receive a guest satisfaction survey following the completed stay. I wonder why.
I will seriously think about booking a room at a Fairfield Inn by Marriot in the future.
