Service was good, staff is very friendly.
The food was good but it took too long to come out. This was during lunch 12pm, the place opened at 11am. Probably need to start kitchen prepping earlier.

We ate at a lot of places down in key west but this was the best and not too expensive

Steak over cooked . Restaurant smells bad, I let hostess know and she agreed. Smelled like urine

We went in at 9:15 for a take out order & to have a glass of wine while we waited. We ordered before 2 other people at the bar & got our wine right away. The bartender served the other people right away (food & drinks), while we waited & WAITED for our food. FINALLY. - after we asked about our food (30 min after placing our order)- she came to inform us that they were out of the mashed potatoes. I accepted the baked potato.
My potato was overcooked, dry & tough. The steak was mediocre - I will NOT be going back.

It turned out to be a wise choice to have dinner at Outback tonight. Our server Blair was a true professional, sweet, efficient and attentive. Kyra, the manager, does a great job with her staff, they are all awesome.
