What a delightful stay! This is a beautifully maintained historical home. We liked that we could walk to almost anything but we werent in the midst of the Duval craziness! We first had the Veranda room which is gorgeous, but I sleep SO lightly and the street noise was too much for me. I mentioned this to Hilary the next morning at the (delicious!) breakfast, and before wed finished our first mug of coffee, shed moved us to the poolside Cabana room. Loved having the pool as our backyard. Met so many interesting guests, too. If youre a light sleeper call before you book and have them assist you with room choice. The loveliest, most helpful folks work in this truly cozy home!

Had a very nice stay at this great B&B. Had a lovely breakfast each morning of quiche, fresh fruit, pastries and a mimosa. Carol was very helpful helping me set up fun activities around town.

We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Conch House! What a treat. The property is in a great location, walkable to Duval and all shops and dining it offers. Other sites are just a quick Uber or bike ride away. The Conch House is historical yet excellently maintained, and has a great vibe. Rebecca, Carol, and Hillary were very kind and had suggestions for any activities or recommendations we asked about. The daily breakfast with mimosa was a real treat. We hated to leave but look forward to a return visit! Thanks Conch House team!

Super nice hotel. Staff is very friendly despite probably seing hords of tourists.
The rooms have a lot of charm and everything is super well maintained.
