image Dude, driving one of the vans completely cut me off I almost hit him and he had the nerve to flip me off for cutting me off. Id say poor poor attitude. I wouldnt trust these people to work on my house. FYI to the guy that was driving this van you just made the company look very unprofessional.

image Dear Costco;
I am and continue to be extremely pleased with Costco and the way it does business. So I was disappointed and expected more of the same customer care from the service providers you partner with for contracted work. We recently requested an in-home consultation from MM Comfort Systems, your partner for heating and air condition installation. I received a notice from Costco stating someone would contact us within 24 to 48 hours to schedule an appointment. It took MM Comfort Systems 5-7 days to call us to schedule the appointment for May 24, 2023.
Brandon Roberson, the Comfort Consultant, arrived later than expected. However, he did text to say his previous appointment was running over. Brandon was very personal, and I explained that our city had a noise restriction. We asked him to check with the city of Tukwila to find out the distance needed from our neighbor's home to install the unit. Brandon informed us that he would speak with our local city and reply back to us by Monday.
Six days passed, and I had not heard anything from Brandon. I sent a text, and I emailed Brandon requesting an update. I received No response! I called the company office for MM Comfort Systems and asked to speak with the manager. I was informed that "the manager was at a conference and was unavailable by phone." I gave all of my information to the person on the phone, who assured me that the current way I was being treated was not typical of how they do business. She informed me that she would speak with Brandon and get me an estimate by the end of the day.
We received our estimate on June 7, 2023, after I called Brandon's cell phone, which continued to go to voicemail or disconnect. I eventually received the text. "Hi, I'm in a meeting, can I please call you back in 20-30 Manav", to which I responded yes. I waited over an hour and a half, then called again. I then received the following text, "Hi, I'm just getting finishing up now. I'm in a bad service area gonna get stopped in just a moment and check and see what's going on. I'll make sure you have the proposal within 15 mins."
Next text: "Hi Allen, looks like the email was sent to the al back on the 24th. Could it have possibly hit your spam folder? Next text:

Never once did Brandon or the manager of MM Comfort Systems reach out to us when we requested a call. I ask Brandon to call us numerous times to discuss where we wanted the unit to be located. We never heard from anyone in the company. When we looked online at the reviews their company received I would agree with them 100%. Well over 85% for the response is negative about their customer service and follow up.
It took thirteen days to get an estimate. that I am not even confident would work due to city ordinance. Unfortunately, due to the lack of follow up, call back, and customer service, we will never know. We wanted to purchase our home air conditioner from Costco because we love what it stands for and the way it handles its business and customers. We hope that you will find a new partner in Seattle soon.
