My partner and I easily schedule a tour through Zillow and Meridian gardens quickly reached out to us to confirm. They accommodated us with multiple move in date to fit our schedule and what works best with us and were very up front with everything which I appreciate. Move in date was very easily and lovely management.

Already had an attempted break in my vehicle from the neighbor that parks next to me and apparently the "Cameras" the property has is only on the front entrance, not on any ones vehicle or properties, other than that outside the apartments apparel wise looks nice I guess.. Going inside TONS of quick fix it things like the 4 layers of vinyl under the kitchen sink, there's a nasty leak which I've taken care of myself but it just keeps happening, ( Entire garbage disposable assembly was loose and spitting scum water when in use or not.. bathroom faucet seal was never installed with silicone ( leaving it, not my problem )
Both sinks are not properly sealed and flushed onto counters causing water to be trapped and mold to grow, ( Also leaving it)
Upon move in we had broken parts in our toilet that were causing a water leak which was kinda hilarious to find out right after move in, it's almost like this place wasn't even inspected, just patched up whatever you could see by the eye and let the tenant find out the rest.
Only putting two stars since I did get maintenance to respond and help me with a hot water issue pretty fast only to be told by another maintenance man that the entire handle assembly should actually have been replaced but that's just the way apartment living is, it's no different than your California section 8 housing. Every apartment is always gonna be the same.
Edit : Here we are over a month later, just NOW receiving an email saying there phone lines have been down for awhile so please email to get a hold of them ( they don't respond to that ethier ) to top it off the gardeners decided to just to a have fast job and leave all grass on my patio instead of blow drying it away.
And the final nail in the coffin I have mold growing under my bathtub due to improperly sealing the dam vinyl flooring around the tub. 1 Star for the one of the most expensive yet terribly maintained appts around Kent.

When I reported to Harjot that our washer , & grinder is not working in our unit E201 she went and take off it and the following day they took care and fix my grinder and replace the washer in the next 48 hours. She was a reliable manager and went beyond my expectations.
