Please raise your product quality. Have had to return 2 warped doors and fix the other half of my doors that had poorly routed pockets for the hinges.

I truly wish there was a way to leave a lower star rating then a one.
Contractors...stay away from these guys, unless you live next door to them. Their salesman advertise that you will have a shower in your hands within three to four weeks. The truth is that it will take three to four months to receive your products. They are the worst supplier our company has ever dealt with. They literally sign away the product to JB Hunt and forget about it. We are just telling our customers the truth about these guys. They are terrible.
Needless to say, we have returned to our previous supplier...regardless of the cost difference. At least we receive our products in a timely manner.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible company to work with. They give you one date that they confirm will work and then 2 weeks before the date tell you they are coming to fix the issue in 2 days. As a working person two days notice doesnt work so you reschedule it for the original day. A week later tell you no that doesnt work do it 3 weeks from now. Not too big of a deal if this hasn't been going on for three months! Terrible customer service, terrible scheduling and terrible people to work with trying to get things sorted.
