They try to or pretend to give you a good service, knowing that we the people pay their wages with our taxes, the service is terrible.
Bad experience every time I get in contact with them.

Zero-star review. My children have attended KSD since they were in kindergarten to current. These are my situations dealing with KSD Administration Office's.
1st Issue (2021-2022) - My child attending Meeker Middle School and Kentridge High School has encountered inappropriate sexual comments from fellow peers in class and recommended that I should remove my child from the classroom instead of removing the two boys who continued to make inappropriate sexual comments. The staff at Meeker Middle School just kept deterring the issue to protect themselves and not to protect the student who was uncomfortable and felt very unsafe. SUPER PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE.
2nd Issue (2021-2022) - My child at Kentridge High School, an old man who looks like Mr. Burns from the Simpsons - bullied, used fear tactics, and spoke to kids who spoke perfectly clear English was condescendingly spoken to a group of non-white students who were waiting patiently for their parents to pick them up from the bus stop. as they waited, was approached by this old 80 something man who used his privilege ignorant self to show off with two African-American security officers thinking it was funny and fun for what reasons? These kids laughing and talking amongst themselves were not rowdy, rude, or loud. So, what were the facts and excuses? Upset and curious, I reached out to the principal and met to discuss it, the 80 years old told the parents to get out and leave (me and the father). We did not raise our voices; even if we did, we have the right to. This is our child's safety and education on the line. I then went to the KSD Administration office and spoke with the person in charge of the harassment department who handles situations like this. The female staff could only abide by the policies and limitations, which I was aware was not able to be justified. The dirty political games caused a lot of frustrations to be unresolved. The 80-year-old who is retiring, the conclusion was to drop it.
3rd Issue (2023) - Cheri Simpson at KSD Administration office with passive business remark, I won't help you with the mistake that the KSD Administration office made with a Transfer Request and Enrollment procedures even though documentation and emails provided proof. Cheri, with no empathy or sympathy, said I DON'T CARE - that was the interpretation of how I understood from the conversation over the phone. Emily and Tobi were condescending, rude, and unhelpful, pointing fingers they were all good at. It saddens me that THEY do not care.
This is my feedback and personal experiences at KSD Administrative Office in KENT, WA.
