There was a SHOOTING, my cars have been vandalized multiple times, my apartment has mold, popcorn swelling, ghosting and sweating on the walls, cracks in the ceiling. Rent for all this "greatness" is a whopping $1500+/month

These are the worst apartments Ive ever lived in. Theres no laundry room inside your apartment & you have to share with other residents. On multiple of occasions Ive had people touch my clothes and take them out the washer/dryer. You also have to pay almost $2 for every wash and drying cycle to clean your clothes. They even lock the laundry rooms on some days so nobody can even do their laundry. At random times they will lock it even if theres still clothes in there being washed! Lets not mention half of the machines dont even work and they never clean it so its filthy in there always. Another reason why you should find a better apartment is because on multiple of occasions my familys cars have been vandalized and or broken in to. The management does nothing about it even though we complain over and over again. Also theres never parking, so if you dont pay for your own parking space you will have to park far from your apartment. The managers and leasing office dont care about you or your belongings as long as they get people in and out of the apartments so they can make their money. For 1450 you can definitely find way better apartments WITH washer and dryer. Theres also kids who throw rocks at cars, run around at night lighting fireworks or running around screaming passed curfew. Let me also mention, these apartments are infested with fleas & other insects and bugs they also do nothing to fix it. Also we see cop cars surrounding our apartments at least every week because of one of the neighbors. Theres so much more wrong with these apartments and YOU CAN TRULY FIND BETTER FOR THE SAME PRICE ! 10/10 would not recommend living here.
