I have lived at Palazzo for almost 2 years. Great staff
Very helpful and kind. Very attentive to residents needs. I have found some of the nicest people ever live and work here.

A few things to know before applying here!!
MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE !!! Kiley takes the little authority she has way to serious, she acts like shes Annes boss. anne just always looks confused like she doesnt know what shes doing. This job is nothing but drama and gossip and all management says is the gossip needs to stop but what they fail to understand is theyre the ones starting the gossip! Anne will tell Amaya something and amaya will tell 1st shift and thats when all the gossip continues and spread around the whole building but Kiley she portrays this innocent sweet lady but she is one of the evilest human beings ever she lives for the gossip and drama she also thinks she can talk to the employees any type of way and if you say the wrong thing to her that will get her in her feelings she will fire you so speak with caution lol Anne is Amaya godmom so Amaya basically gets away with EVERYTHING! Everyone always felt like they had to walk on eggs shells around Amaya because she will run back to her godmom and tell her everything. Amaya is sometimes rude to the residents the way she speaks to them she does everything the way she wants to do it when she trained me all she kept saying was youre not suppose to do it this way but I do it anyways. They depend on Amaya a lot but I have multiple pictures and videos of Amaya sleeping while on the clock but nobody seems to care she gets away with everything! But yeah thats all I really have to say I would never go back there unless management was to be trained on how to actually do their job and maybe actually learn how to treat and speak to their employees and not take advantage of them! Were not robots!
