We stayed here over 5 years! It was a friendly environment. Then a new manager came. He is a joke. Thinks hes above everyone. Rent was ok back then. Now he wants 800 for a studio lol. You are lucky if he ever snowplows, talk like a gentleman, or even talk at all. Ted and Pete are the owners who owns gateway cafe. I cant believe they let Roman destroy it.

This place was great when I rented there back in 2012 peaceful quiet not much trouble always decorated and watching the waves at the top of the cliff come in especially the sunrises gorgeous shopping not to far and could take a bus if needed even catch a coach USA to Milwaukee really gave me a second chance when no one else would and when I left things fell apart but I am eventually working on moving back up there I miss the peace and quiet up there and the good times

Things were moderate at first when we lived here. But new owners took over and they had the idea to remodel all the apartments. This is a great idea but when you wanna charge 800 plus for a studio apartment thats a bit crazy. Not to mention they were not very understandable to our situation.

Manager is awesome! Super clean and the remodeled apartments are beautiful! Summer time is awesome here to just sit outside by the fire or by the lake. You can see the Kenosha AND Racine fireworks right in your own backyard on the 4th of July! Its a great location to get around. You have a few restaurants/bars in a 1-3 mile radius. Somers House was my favorite to walk to! I highly recommend :)
