I would think twice before bringing your pieces to this business. I brought 2 shirts in for laundering, was charged for 1 wash and 2 dry cleanings (for only two blouses) and I was made to wait for 40 + minutes for them to resolve the problem, which was on them, as the manager was at home, near Carthage, rather than in the shop working. Moreover, rather than offering an apology, this obviously annoyed manager (it seems that she was displeased that she was called in to do her job), she demanded that I pay 8 dollars for the dry cleaning. Again, no apology or any kind of recognition that they has erred and kept me there for 40+ minutes for their mistake. Moreover, upon returning home I unpacked my pieces and noticed that the "dry cleaned" shirt has a plethora or wrinkles along the shoulder area- inferior, lazy work! Consequently, I had problems with them in the past- they destroyed a pair of pants whereby they finally agreed to pay me the cost of new ones six months after I had retrieved them and filed the complaint-- yet I imprudently opted to give them another chance. This is a sloppy and badly run business. I would rather brave the traffic and construction to take my items to Presstime Cleaners that to patron Martinos ever again. Service: Laundry pick-up

I was told that the piece,or pillow that I asked to have debugged / cleaned off bedbugs could damage my pillow or cost me $50.00; so I have decided to do it myself.
