Zach and Vicki are very personable and welcoming. They are happy to explain the details of your coverage and provide information to support you making a decision about what coverage you need. We've spoken with both Zach and Vicki as we were going through the claim process. They both took the time to explain how things work and checked to make sure that we understood everything. They also took the initiative to check on the status of the claim, and keep us informed. They demonstrate that they care about their customers on a personal level, not just as clients.
