They are the best driving school in tri cities. Patient and friendly towards people from other countries like us. I am very grateful to them; they have excellent professional skills and the right attitude for running a driving school.

I had three of my kids not pass their driving test mysteriously by a 78. They will never give what questions or even what categories they need to study. One child even took it 3 times. Their attitude really resemble a scam if you dont take their course. So a different child went over to Defensive Driving school in Kennewick and passed with a 98 one week after failing at Premier with a 78. Something is fishy. Buyer beware!

Dear Freedomfam6;I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with our Driving School. Premier Driving School has been in business for 14 years. As an owner, I feel it is our responsibility to serve the public, which includes everyone, whether the person has taken our Drivers Education classes or not. The protocol that we have to follow for the Department of Licensing is very specific. It is concerning to me if I have examiners that are falling short of that. Please text your students names to the office along with their Drivers License number and I will definitely look into this. Of course we LOVE good reviews, however the bad ones give us an opportunity to grow and improve our service to the community, so I thank you for bringing that to our attention. This place was great. Matt is a great instructor and the school owner was incredibly helpful with our unique situation. Im so appreciative for them accommodating my son. Thank you Premier!
