Carla at the front desk put in the extra effort to call me back and help me find a website to access all of my previous vaccinations. Thank you Carla! Hard working & friendly staff, been coming here since I was a baby definitely recommend Mary bridge.

This review is for Dr Hagan and the nurse that triaged my son at 1230/1pm on March 20.
Ive had several issues with Dr Hagan and have directed complaints to the patient advocacy that were ignored. Without getting into too much detail as that would violate my kids HIPAA, i can say that Dr Hagan is a serious weak link to this healthcare network. If a doctor tells you that melatonin is a placebo. Run, dont walk away we had several interactions with her where she made me doubt her expertise in medicine.
Dr Hagan has made me feel uncomfortable with her antics, questioned by parenting and my personal life. All of which had nothing to do with medicine, nor was i even a patient. She likes to run her mouth, and she likes to hear herself talk. Either she doesnt like brown people, or worse, she treats everyone like this. She takes great joy in demeaning people.
Her nurse yesterday went from explaining sinus care to my son, then went to telling my 13 year old son that he doesnt need to get permission to seek health care and doesnt need to let me know about exams or treatment, including vaccines. I was shocked because when did this law pass? It didnt make sense and i needed to see the RCW that supports this.
She went on and on to my son about his rights. She then told my son that i dont need permission to view his mychart and would he like to make one today? I stopped her. I said we are doing an allergy follow up now youre advising my son on some rights i never heard of? The nurse walked out and tattled to Dr Hagan and Dr Hagan told her to document my behavior. Excuse me? Document what?
Dr Hagan walks in the room, super syrupy sweet with the biggest fake smile on her face. Thats funny cuz i just heard her and the nurse gossip about me in the hallway where Dr Hagan told the nurse to document my behavior. We go through the appt and we discuss medical issues. Then she shows my son his lung xray where he went to grab his glasses from his hoodie pocket. Dr Hagan said oh no recording or pictures, ive been recorded before and then i had to send our lawyers after them. Um what? My son replied,. I need my glasses. Dr Hagan is unhinged.
The appt was closing up and then Dr Hagan proceeds to push more unnecessary vaccines on my kids. They are all caught up with the regular vaccines and dont need anymore unless the schools demand them.
She became confrontational and said are you going to consider getting the meningitis vaccine? It eats brains. WHAT. NO. I said no how many times? Hpv? Theres a lawsuit about the Hpv vaccine. No. She asked two more times and i forcefully had to say No thank you!!!
This is my kids third appt with her, and the third time i left feeling stressed and concerned. I felt like they were trying to take my parental rights away!
I called Thurston County Sheriffs Dept because Dr Hagan seemed like the type to call child services for this type of stuff. Ive heard of this type of stuff happening with parents so i needed to feel safe. The officer said there was no RCW that supported a 13 year old receiving medical treatment without parent permission unless its for reproductive care. Thats fine. This nurse said it was for medical care, period. The officer reassured me that if this doctor called CPS over this medical stuff, they and cps would laugh at her.
Thankfully i spoke to the Regional Manager and she moved us to a different clinic.
Black Lake Mary Bridges is a nightmare from the front desk to the doctors. That place needs to be investigated.

first and foremost I want to say Im so thankful for these amazing ladies, from the front desk girls, MAs, nurses, to the physicians.. they are truly remarkable. I, myself have a four year old autistic little one. We recently moved from Alaska to Washington in hopes of getting an autism diagnosis and the resources we needed. We came to this place and I was skeptical because it was over 30 minutes from our home as there were other clinics including on post to help us out but there was something in my mind that said Hayley this is the place to go. My doctor, Dr Hagen has been absolutely amazing, this lady has worked behind the scenes for us as tricare had stopped taking the autism diagnosis she provided us. She worked countless hours to get us what we needed, I felt defeated and this lady called me up and said I FOUND A WAY TO DO IT. I left this place in tears as I want so grateful and thankful for her, to have a doctor that will go above and beyond for your child is remarkable. I will never forget this lady, as I cry while writing this she is the most amazing physician I have ever met. I will continue to come here EVERY chance I get. I wish I could thank her more, so I hope by leaving this small review it goes to the right people and place. Thank you

While I understand they are full it doesn't explain being treated like an inconvenience when you need to be seen. Had a new patient's appointment for my child who is currently sick so instead of taking her to the ER immediately I thought about checking if they would do a sick child visit which they won't unless you are an established patient. Policies, I get it. Asked for a referral for urgent care because of insurance, they won't do that either. The issue is just how I was spoken to, I was cut off on the phone and literally treated like I was a beggar or even worse. I was taken aback and after a few minutes I called back and cancelled both appointments I had been waiting for since October. Thank you very much but I would rather wait a little longer than be treated like less than a person.
Management: maybe do quality control checks and listen to how your front desk people treat your customers if you actually care.
Front desk: if you hate your job, find a new one.
