Please Beware, this place is like the mafia. They bilk you for things that you will never do. I was a self pay patient and my fee for drug testing (Pee in a cup) was $215. They charged $1143 for drug test classes which not only did I never take but they never told me about them. They charge $424 per office visit. It would be way cheaper to buy your pain meds off the street. I will be talking to my ins company and the Wa stste medical board and my attorney about these fraudulent charges. Natalia was a great doctor and Im sad that I cant afford to see her anymore.

They do NOT do reminders for the appointments ..I had blunt force trauma to my head and it causes memory issues. I was told i can set up a reminder on my patient portal, i tried. they said someone in office is there to help BUT the lady who called was R U D E and spoke over me like i am a child then denied that i was on my patient portal even tho i was literally on my portal. I was hit by a dui driver, and suv vs my body, sorry i have memory issues now BUT what dr office doesnt have a phone call to verify youll be at ur appointment? and what kind of office employs people that treat brain injury patients like children??!! it was FU C K IN G rude AF!

Ankle was destroyed buy failed surgery. Was told would be on pain meds for 4 to 7 years if it healed if not rest of life. Confirmed by 7 ankle specialist/surgeons. Pinaccle pain, linxy health care is a joke. Prevois pain management at kadlec for first few years excellent. Then got stuck with these loosers. First visit was diagnosed as drug addict with opiod dependency problem. No i have no cartilage or soft tissue in ankle. Cannot stand or walk. Instant cutback on pain meds. Was bedridden or wheelchair at this time. This place a ripoff on billing $300 for a 10 minute visit. That takes 2 to 3 hour cause they so slow. Previous pain management charged $87. $2500 to $1400 for a pee test. Previous and curent pain manage charges $150 of which i pay $25. 80/20 insurence. So i get billed $300 to $500 every month just for pee test. This place bankruped me in 1 years time and i have premera blue cross. I now only pay $25 dollars each visit pee test an all. First visit free. At one point or another people figure them out and they be out of business. No patients, bankrupt.

They hold to their own opinions no matter what the patient says until the tests come back proving the patient's claims. Then they all change their stories and opinions. They assume, and treat people, as if they are liars or exaggerating their conditions until MRIs, blood work and xrays show that the patients are telling the truth.

The worst doctor office I've ever been to. The receptionist is the rudest person ever. The billing department is a mess! I have to call with every bill because of mistakes. I wait over an hour even when I'm on time for my appointment. The only good thing is Dr. Dechter.
