Unfortunately the breakfast is terrible, never any tea available. Always running out of things (I have stayed at the hotel 100+ nights).
Last occasion stained sheets and bed linen did not smell fresh.
Great location for Keller/ Southlake area.

I spent two nights at this hotel in late February/early March, 2024. The service and overall experience was top notch from beginning to end. The check-in process was seamless and the manager on duty (Andrew) provided excellent service with friendly recommendations to local eateries that I took advantage of during my stay. His restaurant recommendations were spot on and it was nice to "live like a local" by hitting all the non-chain locations nearby. It made my stay much more enjoyable.
In addition, the workspace in the lobby/restaurant area was awesome - it was just what I needed to onboard a new employee to our company. Clean, large and well-decorated, and a perfect space that allowed us to focus on the task at hand.
The location of this hotel is perfect - many places to shop and eat within walking distance. The Keller government buildings are across the street and connect with walking trails that run throughout the city.
Highly recommend.

Very convenient location and service was excellent. My room was spectacularly clean. I would recommend them to anyone!

Loved the place. Clean, fresh and excellent breakfast service with a good variety. The only bad thing was the sliding door for the bathroom. It was heavy and didn't track well so it was very hard to push and pull open/closed.
