I used KOPE years before I had the idea to start a business- In fact, KOPE was a strong reason I went the direction I did; knowing I would have a strong dealership with knowledgeable sales and experienced GOOD tech's- allowed me to make a confident decision about how I was going to run my business. It's hard to find a business where a guy like me can walk in with a million questions (basically clueless - my end) and walk out feeling like I was educated and happy with my purchase- STILL HAPPY 6+ years later!
To highlight- I have been treated the same from when I was a regular customer to owning my own business. The tech support, customer service, and everything in between -OUTSTANDING!
Sure- its a bit expensive at times... you get what you pay for!
If anything, I probably owe KOPE just for the time KOPE has spent to educate me, or time spent looking up shenanigans on the inner-webs because I come up with some off the wall questions lol

I put my lawn mower in to be serviced back in September! I asked to be told what it would cost to have it fixed once they took a look at it. I left feeling good. I received a call today November 13 to say it was ready. I talked to a lady who claimed to be the owner. She was rude. Unaccountable. Disrespectful. I let her know I requested a quote prior to doing any work. She went off on me saying people like me always make excuses!!!!who does that. All I was doing was trying to understand why they fixed it first. I hope she was just having a bad day and does not treat everyone like that .i will not use them again and will not recommend them. Not because they did not do the follow through but because of how she treated me
