Guy came out and got upset he couldn't park his van right next to my car and instead had to park 10 ft away, than said he could smell mold in the car so he refused to replace the window even though I already paid. He was extremely rude and disrespectful his name was Shawn.

They were suppose to fix a small windshield chip but instead they cracked the windshield. I should have just left the chip , now I need a windshield replacement but I will have that done elsewhere due to all the reviews I just read

The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass, at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield. Please do not use these guys. They're thieves. It took them 4 months to fix my window no matter how many times I called, and they took my window power motor and tried to sell me another one. They told me they'll install mine back,but not contact me at all and when I call they put me off or don't answer. The only reason I had to use them was for insurance. Never again.
