Western Interiors installed multiple styles of flooring and tile across several new builds in a $600k+ neighborhood. Less than 2 years after install the LVP in our house and our neighboring houses started buckling and lifting, making snapping and creaking sounds with every step. Furthermore, patches of our carpet fell off our stairs where the installers apparently did not know how to apply the carpet. Evidence of a horribly rushed and improper installation. After 2 years and 2 months we couldnt take it anymore and called. We were told "theres nothing we can do because it was so long ago." You mean to tell me 2 years and 2 months doesn't warrant a single iota of effort to back their product or labor? In essence the entire issue and cost will now rest on the homeowners. Cost-cutting is the name of the game with new construction so builders/installers/subs can pocket as much profit as possible and this company takes the trophy for garbage install and not backing their products. Stay away from this company if your looking for flooring and do not allow your builders to use them.
Update: It's cute that you're trying to offload blame onto our builders specs and the owners budget of all things? This was not a spec home either. It was a custom build but nice try at an insult. Neither of those dictate the quality of the install. Your installer was garbage, and you are not backing the poor quality. Oh and my next door neighbor was one of the people you "haven't heard of." I was there for the entire complaint and resolution process where you installed a brand new floor for them. They manage to complain sooner than us about your shoddy work and it landed within warranty.

We would love to come to your home and come up with a solution for the floor issue you are having. We always take care of any floor issue or needed repairs that fall in the warranty period. Unfortunately your home being from 2021, it no longer falls in the warranty period. We have not heard from any of your neighboring houses with the issues you claim. These builder spec home selections are made by the builder, we always try to get people into the best quality products that fall within their budget.
