Awful. They charged me 125 for a key fob that you can get on eBay or Amazon for less than 30. Then they told me they couldnt program it because I have an after market alarm that wasnt disabled. So I go to car alarm / stereo store and they tell me it shouldnt matter if it is disabled. Then the alarm people showed me by locking door with key my truck wouldnt honk at me when I unlocked door. So I knew he knew what he was talking about. There is cats laying around everywhere in the office. People like myself have allergies. 2 old women that dont know what they are doing, rip you off on key fobs, say they cant program it and then wont give you your money back. Beware!

Westlake couldn't get the job done stating a locksmith would be the only answer. Called, on my way, and Kim was able to get the job done when I arrived. Effortless and efficient!! In & Out!

The only shop that was able to help me fix my motorcycle key when it broke. I called 6 other locksmiths, and they told me it would take days to do, excellent service and high quality product! Good prices as well.

Horrible experience to this place
They made me a key and it wasn't working.
It broke inside the lock and they charge me again just to remove it.
