I ordered carpet through Home Depot and this company is the contacted installer. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! I was given a time window when they would be here and in the middle of the window, the installing team called to say that they would be late. That time came and went. Finally, I called the installing team myself and the blame game started. The installers blamed HD saying they were supposed to call me to tell me to "inform me of the further delay" because the installer ran out if supplies but they would be at my house "shortly" for my install (paid for take up AND haul away in advance).
Long story short, the installers showed up 3 hours late (6pm) and then REFUSED to do the job they were hired to do. They claimed that my carpet was "saturated" with feces and urine and they simply were not going to do my haul away (again, paid for in advance) plus THEY had a 2 hour drive home so I would have to reschedule my install. My carpt was dirty (thus the new carpet) but not saturated.
Tried to talk to some supervisor the fillowing day and he was NOT interested in what me and my family had just been through. All he wanted to do was reschedule my install He stated that he was "sorry" and REFUSED to deal with the hell my family was subjected to by their installer's rudeness and downright refusal to do their contracted work. Notified HD and all I got was crickets . . .
I have been a long-time customer of HD and have never been so devalued as a customer. Its like they have their money up front so why should they give a damn if our lives were thrown into chaos by their installers behavior?
Moral of the story? NEVER purchase carpet from HD. You will have far less drama and valued as a customer elsewhere!

Purchased carpet from home depot which contracts out to G S floor designs. DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME! They stole my daughter's wallet with all her cash in it. It makes me sick that I didn't read these reviews first. Apparently this is not the first time. The company will do absolutely nothing about it.

Ordered through Home Depot. GS Floor was supposed to install stair carpet yesterday. Failed to show up during the window they gave me and didn't call to tell me they were running late. Finally showed up at 6:30 that night...with the wrong carpet. Said they would come back the next day to install the right carpet, have yet to hear from them and can't get them on the phone.
