I reached out to Brookside Roofing about some damaged shingles on my roof. They called me back quickly and gave me a timeline of when they would come by my house to inspect the damage. They were there same day and sent me several pictures of the issues they found. They called me and gave me a full update on the things that needed to be fixed right away and the things that could potentially be done later if cost were an issue. I appreciate how honest they were and how low pressure they were when it came to the repairs. I moved forward with having them fix everything and they had the work done within 48 hours. Brookside Roofing will be my go-to roofing company from now on.

This is my go-to for roofing, each & every time!
I'm not positive, but after the miserable experience I had of working for several of the television advertising, hedge fund-based, private equity owned HVAC firms in town, I'm leery of every roofing company too .
Be willing to bet many local roofing firms are getting purchased by the same outfits who've bought nearly all of the heating and cooling companies you knew, with family names. If they're on TV, it's likely the HVAC firm your folks used is corporate owned.
This applies to dental practices, same for funeral homes & cemeteries & many other cash heavy businesses. I'd bet roofing too.
But my pal Joe & the folks at Brookside are that rare family owned business. LOCAL.
You can count on the fact that, they're not going to make you mad. Sure took great care of me. And the many folks I've referred.
I hope Joe doesn't mind this review. It's been sent & written from my heart.....
