Very slow service and took weeks past the scheduled date to get my clock and that was only because I called a number of times.

I called everywhere to get a price on having my Kieninger wall clock I purchased many years ago in a Black Forest Clock shop in Germany. The best price I could get from Overland Park on was $375. The clock shop charged $100 to clean my Kieninger . They are 3 months out but well worth the wait. My clock runs like new. I couldn't be happier. The people are so nice.

Dave came to service a grandfather clock which was handed down to me after the passing of my beloved grandparents. He was extremely knowledgeable on the clock and ensured it was adjusted to my liking after it was restarted. I was nervous to have someone service it, but Daves expertise and expansive knowledge of the clock made me feel at ease. I will now be remembering my grandparents with each beautifully chime. Thanks Dave!
