Hands down the best Pilates studio in Kansas City! The instructors are all so knowledgeable, especially if you are post partum. No class is ever the same. Cannot recommend enough!

After a 18 month hiatus I decided to get back into Pilates and do something for myself. I have a hard time taking time for myself between work and a kiddo. Going to classes and my one on ones with Shannon is something I look forward to each week. I love the studio and all the instructors are incredible!
I always leave feeling more confident then I walked in. Thank you all
