Ive been a patient of Dr. Carlos Pacheco for over two years now. He is a great listener, informed and attentive. His staff is friendly and competent. His follow up and communication is also very timely. Im happy with him as my PCP.

Does not prioritize care of patients - only seeing them in the clinic. Have been calling every day for 2 weeks and leaving voicemails. Delayed getting a diagnostic test scheduled by 3 days, and now have failed to share results of that test with me about my child who has had worse pain every day. Result available for over 7 days now per the imaging center, but I can't have that result until Heartland Primary care decides to prioritize sharing it with me. Meanwhile, child hurts more every day. Infuriating.

I have been seeing Dr. Pacheco for almost 2 years now and he is the best doctor i have ever been to. He listens to your needs and he doesnt medicate just for the sake of medicating. I went in with an A1C of 14.5 and its now at 6.3 thanks to Dr. Pacheco.

Dr. Clement now sees my daughter and my grand daughter and I could not love him more. If you are looking for a doctor who thrives on passion verse ego driven he is your guy!

If i could give it 0 stars I would they were extremely rude and unprofessional worst service I have ever had. They dont care about their patients I have no idea where they got their degree all the reviews were right. I waited for 45 minutes to be seen about my feet and then they come and tell me that they can not see me because it happened at work and dont wanna file for documentation basically just saying theyre lazy and dont wanna deal with it.
