I've been taking my dogs here since they opened and have never had an issue. The employees genuinely care about your pets well being and are willing to make special accommodations whenever possible. The wag on home feature is great. If you aren't able to get to the kennel in time to pick up your dogs they will bring them home and put them in your kennel for you. One year they dug out the gate for me when it was iced shut from the snow melting. I have looked at other kennels when I couldn't get in but changed my plans instead.
