Stayed in January and I was told that because I was local I would have to pay a deposit, So I paid the Deposit and it still hasnt been returned to my account after 2 FULL MONTHS when I was told that it would be 3-5 business days depending on my bank, Yet 2 months later here I am still waiting on something that should not have taken near this long!! Have contacted them several times and I continually get a run away!! If anything this is a GROSS Misappropriation of Funds!! And should be investigated!! The BBB will be contacted if this continues as well as the National Trade Commission

I didn't get to stay here, but Jordan at the front desk was very friendly, and very helpful with directions. This young man had some of the BEST customer service I've had the pleasure to come across in 5 states!!

Worst manager I've ever earned at a hotel. I had to stay there for a couple of months and I also had to clean my own room the whole time, almost every other day asl for my towels and toilet paper because the housekeepers didn't seem to bother just because I wasn't just a couple nights stay customer. i dod not get room service the whole 3 months i stayed there unless i asked for new towels and thats was it. Don't ever stay here when you're in kalispell, it's a joke. There's also many local drug dealers/addicts that stay here, and they are aware of it too. I wouldn't advise staying here when you visit kalispell.
