First I had a shouting match with Olga the owner. I was dismayed because I could not believe how unprofessional she was. She never provided me with written documents pertaining to our agreement. I had scheduled a deep clean for the bathroom and the kitchen. I also arranged for the cleaning and organization of some stands in the kitchen, and the cleaning of some window sills and windows. She quoted me a price of $360.
The cleaning was scheduled for 06-08-21. She was not only supposed to contact via email with a written copy of the quote, she was also supposed to contact me the day before the cleaning. She did not do either one of them.
I had to call them but the day before and the day of. Once they arrived, I was told that no of the things that I had arranged for them to do were apart of the order. I went back and forth and finally got a chance to talk to Olga again. She then proceeded to shout at me - telling what did not transpire during our conversation. She tells me that I only arranged for the shelves and the cleaning of the rooms. She stated that she did not communicate with me concerning the windows(now they suddenly don’t do windows) - she even asked me if I wanted both inside and outside and I told her just the inside ones along with the window sills. She told me that the kitchen did not include the stove and refrigerator and that it would be extra and I agreed to the extra. She told me to hold on while she calculated the adjustments each time I added exactly what I wanted.
So I was being charged all of this money for someone to tinker in my bathroom and kitchen and organize some shelves.
The bathroom and stove were the only thing cleaned very well.
The items on the shelves were just moved around with some of the items organized.
Part of the kitchen floor was mopped. The inside of the oven wasn’t touched and the refrigerator wasn’t touched at all.
They bought their own cleaning products but they walked out with my Clorox and Lysol cleaners as if I wouldn’t notice they were gone .
They adjusted the price by one hundred dollars but ended up charging my debit card for $620.
I have arthritis really bad in my hands and feet - different forms that make it difficult for me to maintain things.
So I was trying them out to see if it was feasible for me to use them on a regular basis. Service: Deep clean

The cleaners were so good and thorough. I didn’t realize how filthy our home was until after they left. We are still discovering little clean surprises 3 days later and if makes us so happy!!!

Love merry maids great staff and they do a fabulous job I recommend all to get merry maids there the best when it comes to cleaning your house ty Olga Evellen and Maria for bringing your best crew to clean my house
