I was shocked to see the bad reviews because my experience there a few days ago was very good, as was my initial phone call to them to make the appointment. I had an MRI, with and without contrast. The "with contrast" means that I'm injected with a dye. The ONLY reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because they didn't tell me to expect that my urine would look like blood that evening (because of the dye), which caught me off guard and alarmed me until I realized what it was. I'm sure they deal with dyes every day and just forget that for the average patient that is something new! Overall though, I would definitely give them 5 stars.

I'm an accomplished medical professional and Jupiter Open Imaging does all of my diagnostic imaging. It is unfortunate when people who are sick, or may be worried about a possible scary diagnosis. Life is already difficult for them. As health care providers, we all need to emphasize the "care" in healthcare. In terms of my personal experiences, which have been more frequent than anyone would ever wish for, they get A+.
