If I could give 0 stars I would. They somehow "didn't notice" that I was supposed to have a co-pay until several months later and then they refused to give me a refill on my medication until I could pay the $600+ backpay. I don't know how they get off on taking advantage of people with mental health issues, especially when you take a medication that has severe withdrawal symptoms.

Rude and dismissive. Does not seem to care about anyone except herself. She answered phone calls during my entire consultation so she could plan her sons wedding. Complete disregard for me as a patient and I would not recommend her at all.

The nurse practitioner I originally went to at this office was great, but then she left and I started going to Sheikh herself. The people at the front desk and the students that were shadowing during our sessions are more competent than she is. One time she even left the room to do something unrelated to me or our session.
