Over the holiday weekend, my front tire got screwed - literally. I brought my car to Les Schwab on Monday morning, was able to get in the queue, and drive to work for a later repair. When I brought the car back, around lunchtime, I got in and they quickly repaired my tire and completed a safety inspection. I was pleasantly surprised that I was charged nothing for the service and even more so by how kind everyone was. I recommend the services at Les Schwab, Juneau, wholeheartedly!

This location has improved dramatically in the last few years. I've had brakes and tires done in the last year. They're prompt, polite, professional, and stick to their quote. Happy they're on par with lower 48 Les S locations. Always stellar service.

Craig, We perform brake services on that year of vehicle every day. If you are referring to parts you have already purchased, then yes, we do not install carry-in parts that are not purchased from our stores as we have no way to warranty those parts if there is an issue.
