THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Dr. Baastrup had no interest in treating me unless I paid $200-$300 up front, despite being an in-network provider on my insurance with a $30 copay. The receptionist also refused to submit the claim through my in-network provider which is a violation on the agreement with the insurance company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE!!!
If you are looking for a chiropractor who cares about you, VISIT ANY OTHER CHIROPRACTOR IN JUNEAU!!!

My husband and I were visiting Juneau last week from Florida. I was experiencing some back pain and needed an adjustment. He got us both right in that day. He was very thorough and provided excellent care! I highly recommend!!

If you are on a CRUISE SHIP and stop in Juneau and you have a physical problem that you feel is going to bother you for the rest of the cruise I highly recommend visiting City Center Chiropractic.....I was trying to help a 90 year old woman get into her wheelchair so she could get on the ship and I fell . She was fine!!!!! It felt like I was hit with a brick. Dr Baastrup. fixed me right up so I could enjoy gorgeous Alaska! Thank you sister Gayle who found City Center and was also greatly helped with a neck problem there. We both had a great trip thanks to City Center Chiropractic!
