We recently sold our family home through Song Real Estate. Arica ended up being the right agent for us during this process. She spent a lot of time visiting with us months before we finally got it on the market. We were in a situation where we needed to sell our place for maximum amount of money in hopes to be able to purchase another home with a very very small window of time. And not to mention this was in the winter between Holidays and when interest rates were at their highest! The only thing that was higher than the rates was our stress as we worried about the timing of listing our home. When our place went to market, we had not 1, but 2 full price offers within days of our listing!!! We are so appreciative of all her help and expertise with this sale!

Arica, was an outstanding realtor she went above and beyond for me. When things got a little bumpy with the the buyers she was on top of it and i never had to worry if things were getting done. I would recommend Arica to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house.
