Ive lived here for just over a year and absolutely love it! The leasing office and maintenance staff have treated me very well and are on top of any issue I bring to them.The apartment is nice and cozy. They keep up with the grounds and make sure things look nice as well. I definitely didnt expect this level of service, and I am so grateful!

I have lived at Terrace Green for two years and I love it. The building is quiet. The apartments are very well-maintained and the parking area is maintained well and lit very well at night. The pool area is very nice. Any maintenance issues that I have had have been addressed immediately and taken care of. No problems with insects or anything like that. I would recommend Terrace Green to anyone looking for a nice, clean, safe place to live.

I have lived here for 2 years and have really enjoyed it! Management is very friendly and responds quickly to any issues Ive had which havent been very many.
I had a problem with the AC the first summer I lived here and management worked very quickly to get the issue resolved and even offered to bring a portable air conditioner.
Rent is affordable and the units are nice!
Updated: I have now lived here for 3 years. I had a few life changes recently and needed to move in to a smaller apartment and the management worked quickly to get me in to a new unit.
Im so glad I chose Terrace Green and highly recommend them if youre looking for an apartment!

I have been living at Terrace Green for over 3 years and I have had a very positive experience. The staff is very quick with responding to questions about my lease or problems that require maintenance. The maintenance guy is extremely friendly, there have been times where I stop him in the parking lot and ask him for help and he drops what he is doing to fix my problem.
The location of this apartment is fantastic. A shopping center is within a 3 minute drive. The area surrounding is very clean and friendly. I feel safe running and walking at night. The parking lot is very well lit which is a positive when you work late. I would suggest to anyone that needs an apartment to look at Terrace Green!
