Thank you for your feedback. I am saddened that you had such a poor experience. Please call my office and ask for David Meyer. I would like to know if we can make a better impression with your visit. I do remember being bedridden recently for three days (one weekend that included the Monday of that week.) This must account for the first reschedule. We did have some people sick during that time and I apologize for that. My employees are given access to vitamin C and Zinc, which I take as well, but some of the sicknesses going around are very persistent. We also have had staffing issues over the last several months and I again apologize for any employees that either did not follow up with you or did not take excellent care. I cannot track the calendar changes, made by staff (unfortunately), if you would be so kind as to call in and give me the date that you showed up to an empty office, I will look into it, and it would be greatly appreciated. I had some staff that were not doing their jobs and or seemed to sabotage appointments. I believe that the staff that made your first impression so negative does not work here anymore. I strive for excellence in your interactions, but I am saddened that your experience was a poor one. Please accept my sincere apology and I wish you a Good day.
