Nearly non-existent breakfast, a TV system that's unusable. The staff were friendly and courteous and tried their best to be helpful, but they could only do so much with what they have to work with.

Bathroom door was nearly about to come off the hinges as the screws were stripped out and left dragging the floor heater didn't work or never came on in the room. Breakfast well not much of a choice with that as well.

I couldnt get the tv to work even with 2 remotes, 1 of them the battery door was broken, needed taped on better.

The attendant was very helpful. The rooms were disgusting , the chair in the room looked like it just got pulled out of dumpster, dirty. The TV didn't even work with 2 remotes, one didn't even have a back on it. The plug in on the wall was hanging out of the dry wall with 2 cords plugged in. Behind the end table was garbage. Husband went to take a shower and there cockroaches in the tub. At that point we left, very disappointed!! You should not be in business, dirtiest place I have ever stayed, not fit for homeless people!!!!! Not a safe place to stay, keep going don't stay here, could possibly catch fire. Could only put 1 star because they didn't even deserve that one. There should be a zero on the app. Hotel should be demolished, seriously!!!!
