Amazing customer service! I had my ring resized . They told me they could have it done in a week. When Newtons realized I would be making a 3 hour round trip drive to come and pick it up in a week, they surprised me by prioritizing my ring and had it finished the same day I dropped it off within about an hour, before I had even left Joplin. That was so thoughtful and one of the best customer service experiences Ive had anywhere. Thank you, Newtons!

Newton's jewelry is the best most business in town send your jewelry out of town to have it fixed not Newton's they do all there work in there store. And friendly and are so helpful I have used them for years and years too come. And there place is Gorgeous and there jewelry.
