I never leave bad reviews because I realize everyone has a bad day once in a while, but I have given this business the benefit of the doubt too many times now. You would think people accepting donations would be a little bit more helpful. I don't even care it they don't say thank you. I don't need a thank you.
However, when I pull up to the back door and it's obvious the workers are trying to "look" busy so they didn't have to help is maddening. And this has happpened on multiple occassions. The last time I dragged my stuff to the picnic table sitting outside only to have the guy yell at me I needed to bring them into the building. Did he offer to help? NO. And no, I don't bring junk. I only bring items that I know are going to sell. I never bring broken, stained, old items. I'm in my 50's and do not have much upper body strength so if you can't find workers to help out a little, I will not be donating here anymore.
