First off, my experience with Shannon, the owner, was incredible. She made us feel comfortable and did not judge us for the parts of our home that were sub par. She was thorough and left no stone unturned. When I got her price I was floored at how much I was getting for how little I was paying. She sent Tonya to do our job. Tonya did and incredible job. I could not have asked for more. She was on time, polite, and cleaned throughly and quickly. Thank you for sending her! You should have no fear in hiring NEA Proclean!
