This staff is warm and inviting. They went above and beyond to help me. I wish more banks had this down home atmosphere thats lost

I am a former customer of Highlands Union Bank which is now First Community Bank. A few months ago I made payment on my line of credit.
It was accretive to someone else's account. Of course I became upset when the payment didn't show up as a credit on my account. I contacted the branch on Sunset Dr. They finally found my payment that was give to another account.
Today I received a letter in the mail saying my account is 10 days past due...oh really!!!!
I called the Branch once again on Sunset Dr.
I gave them the amount, my personal check number and the date I made payment.
The clerk said it showed the payment was accredited to my account. So why did I receive the past due notice????
I think First Community Bank should hire employees from Eastman Credit Union and get their act together.
