One of the best hospital I've ever been too. Excellent nurse service had a beautiful caring nurse named Kathy she took care of me like I was her family. And the surgical staff were amazing.

Very bad service, they treat the staff with racism, they treat you badly like a dog, it is not worth coming here to this place because of the way they are.

I was told my neonatal screening couldnt be done because there is no authorization. So I called the other dr office and they sent me elsewhere cuz apparently the labs here just arent familiar with the test. Tired of wasting my time. I got other bloodwork done and the girl there wasnt stabilizing the needle and let it hang loosely in my arm and it dug into me and moved constantly. It left a red streak that spread on my arm (probably a small hematoma) Please train your staff better.

Sara M in radiology was phenomenal. I dread going to any appointment because I fear of rude staff who project it onto their patients but she was an absolute angel. Its clear she loves her job and was the nicest tech Ive ever experienced. St Lukes is lucky to have her.

in 12/22 my doctor requested an abdominal ultra sound, in 1/23, they did the proceedure,p4romised an analysis and call... no call i found that the scan was occluded, and produced no results. in 2/23 doctor requested leg ultrasound, it was scheduled but the wrong test was performed, so no results, no call. finally my podiatrist scheduled another ultrasound. the morning before,an alert tech found that the previous test was not an ultrasound, asked if i could come in early..I take the bus, but was able to get there almost an hour early. I went to a window that said "heart and vascular. the woman informed me that she was in the heart dept. but that they shared an office.she would let them know i was there. 50 minutes later a woman came out a door and asked "is anyone here for vascular?"when i identified myself, she said i hadn't check in at the desk. i had checked in on mychart, and no one told me i had to check in again.
the one star is for the alert tech who belatedly did the job of the staff and doctor. I just left. this department is not competent enough to deal with any medical problems.
