Came here recently for a cleaning and update. Dental Hygienist was sweet and calm during my cleaning-- made for a great cleaning experience and eased the discomfort of going to the dentist. Front desk staff was also caring and flexible (I had to reschedule twice).
However, the dentist had awful bedside manner. Didn't care to take his time to explain the work I would need (mostly fillings for cavities according to him). Didn't bother explaining anything and was super short when I asked. Overall, the "work" he said I "needed" felt like a money grab. Definitely didn't feel like the dentist cared about my overall oral health. For a practice that charges insurances $600 for a preventative visit, he should really work on his bedside manner and actually care to explain things to patients. No, thanks.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Lustiger for more than 20 years.
Ive always scheduled my appointments with Glenda the office manager. If youre a patient of Dr. Lustiger you definitely know Glenda. She has always been a true professional and just a great all around person. My reason for this review isnt just to give you a quick history of how pleasant it was to to be a patient of Dr. Lustiger but to state how unprofessional and disorganized the office is presently.
Dr. Lustiger sold the business and showed his true colors by not communicating with his patients that he no longer owns the practice. The office is owned by a corporation now that is only interested in $$.
Our insurance is now out of network and not one office staff member had the decency to inform us of this change.
My wife just recently had an office procedure and she was not told of the insurance being out of Network.
It saddens me to say that Glenda is no longer with them and Dr Lustiger has failed his patients.
Way to go out Dr Lustiger. You surely had me fooled for over 20 years.

The doctor is unprofessional and unacceptable to damage my tooth, it is terrible.

I got two crowns put in the back of my mouth that were not sealed correctly, and now I have to get them replaced. Dont go here.
