Took a vehicle in just for an inspection. Arrived at 7:45am. Waited 20 minutes for someone to finally check me in - quite impersonable fella - and the service manager I believe. I had a few specific things I knew were wrong but I was informed if I wanted to know just what it would take to fix them it would cost me $100 per item. "It will take us time to diagnosis the issue, right? Right?" And these were things like the doors not opening - not the engine sputters or trans slips. Whatever, left it with them for just whatever they deemed qualified as an inspection, and went to work - late now.
Waited, and waited and finally called them at 4 to see if I could come pick up the vehicle so I would have a way to get home. The guy I dealt with had left for the day (with no follow up) so I was told I could just come pay for it and get the details later. I pay $200 (for nothing at that point) and someone goes to get my van. The headlight is out just sliding around the cargo area and there are multiple trim pieces also laying in the van.
Expected a call the following day to see what my $200 got me but didn't hear anything. Finally called the following day and was transferred to someone who was covering for the service manager because he had gone on vacation. After some confusion and back and forth she was able to email me an estimate they had put together for some random items. I asked if it would be possible to speak with the technician to gain a little more clarification and just discuss the overall condition of the vehicle. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard back from anyone... but it's given me time to put the van back together - at least the parts that I knew where they needed to go.
Obviously I would recommend you take your vehicle elsewhere. Unless they replace their service manager. There were multiple employees that were much more pleasant and capable I met while waiting.

I bought a brand new Jeep Wrangler back in 2016 when they were still Bales. Called early August for a service appointment because I was experiencing a ABS/Traction Control problem and they couldn’t get me in for a full month. On top of the service repair issue, I called asking about my extended warranty that I purchased through Bales, and they acted as if I was crazy to think they would have my information on file. The phone call was then transferred to Angie where I left a message regarding the situation. I never received a phone call back.
