Do not use this company!! Find one with more integrity!
I hired this company to replace failed system. They sold me on their enthusiastic assurances that it would work. The job foreman told me that he would "bet the farm on it".
This is where their lack of expertise showed up. The system failed. They had to bring their engineer out to diagnose their failure. They assured me their derived fix would work. The fix had to be done twice because the operator was too busy looking at his phone to keep the equipment on course, the first time. That "fix" failed.
To further their poor expertise, the engineer had to come out again to tell them how they failed and how to "fix" it. The "fix" was a completely new system.
Here is where all clear's lack of professionalism and promptness comes in. All clear drug their feet while black water was contaminating my top-soil, yard. After 2-3 months they finally start working on replacement. In the meantime, i would call and try to get them to honor their warranties and guarantees. All my desire to get the problem resolved was met with uncooperative behavior seasoned with bad attitude and hate speech.
Having installed the third "fix" all clear - in an unprofessional manner - ran away from the site without any communication as to what kind of maintenance or care was required for the system. Considering all clear's unprofessional hate speech i didn't try and chase them down to find out.
Now, less than 18 mos. after i notice the system is failing again, and looks as though it has been for some time. Upon calling all clear to schedule inspection and repair, they show unprofessionalism again. The respondent refuses to do anything other than tell me he hasn't been on my site - ever - but it must be a bad pump. It is likely that no inspection was done upon completion, since he has never been onsite. He further informs me that they "spent a lot of money" on our job and refuse to do anything more. However, what was "spent" on my site was to honor their word/guarantee, and fix THEIR mistakes. The consumer should not be penalized due to poor workmanship of the owners of all clear.
Beware of those who use religion to gain business.
Update- we have a company correcting errors such as,,, electrical, they dont know how to properly provide power to aeration and pump, pump and aerator fried!!! not enough juice!!! thousands of dollars because All Clear failed at every level, other than taking money.

On day 4 of no water due break in water line Dan with All Clear Plumbing & Sewer respond to call immediately on his way to another call. The next day within 2 hours had new water line. There price was absolutely fair. Highly recommended! Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
