Used Kwic Airport Connection for a roundtrip for my son who was visiting from overseas. Michael was our driver, very personable and I was really pleased that he was so responsive to any questions that I had. He was on time and just a real pleasure to deal with. He had to pick up at 3:30am on December 26th, I was so surprised that I could even get someone to pick up that early in the morning especially after Christmas!! I would not hesitate to use this company again.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE. The SUPERVISOR was my driver, my complaints are as follows:
1. Billed BOTH me and the company I was travelling with for my trip
2. Was 75 minutes late from the time we scheduled (after two reminders hours earlier that day)
3. Billed for a tip using my credit card that I did not authorize.
4. Still has not cancelled the transaction on my credit card
DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this company if you can avoid it
