Ms. Colon was the best instructor and made my PALS a smooth process. I always had hard time with lot of other classes in past due to rushing, but Ms. Colon was amazing she took the time and worked with me patiently and she explained it throughly so I could understand my mistakes and improve on my skills. The feedback will help me in my career moving forward! Ms. Colon is a great asset to this company I hope you( this company) will recognize her in some form so she knows her hard work has helped people like me to use the skills she taught in her class. TONDI WAS AMAZING!!!!! She is so patient and really ensures that you know the information before leaving. She was always open to questions and was more than willing to stay after to answer additional questions. Her presence should not go unacknowledged. I recommended her and Critical Actions to my other classmates as well. After going to several other training centers, I can honestly say that I will be returning for any additional certificates that I may need in the future. THANK YOU TONDI!!!

This training school was great! They registered me for a BLS class the same day I called. Class started on time, it was informative and thorough. Ms Colon was the instructor and she was awesome. Highly recommend!

Customer Service oriented. Open Monday-Saturday. Staff Warm and Friendly. Online registration and Online classes easy to navigate.

Man what an amazing Center! I'm a new nurse trying to get all my certificates in line and they made it happen! Mrs. Colon was the sweetest and knowledgeable she ensures you know your stuff!
